1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of Zovud’s website and services. “Zovud”, “we” and “us” mean the company operating zovud.com. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
Zovud prepares and files business documents with U.S. state agencies on your instructions, provides registered agent services where ordered, and prepares tax packages. Zovud is not a law firm or an accounting firm, does not provide legal or tax advice, and is not a substitute for a lawyer or CPA.
3. Tax preparation
Tax returns are prepared for you to review and file yourself. Zovud does not currently submit tax returns on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing the return, signing it and filing it by its due date.
4. Your information
You agree to give us accurate and complete information and to tell us promptly when it changes. Filings are prepared from the information you provide.
5. Fees
Our fees are shown before you order. State fees and taxes are separate and passed through at cost. If you cancel before we submit anything to a government agency, we refund our fee in full. State fees already paid cannot be recovered.
6. Renewals
Annual plans renew each year unless you cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email before they take effect.
